To purchase a gift voucher, simply choose your preferred amount, enter the recipient’s details and add an optional personal message before completing your order. You can have the voucher sent directly to the recipient by email or post - or to yourself if you’d like to deliver it personally.


When will the gift voucher arrive?

Once your order is confirmed, emailed vouchers usually arrive within a few minutes, though occasionally it may take up to 24 hours. Be sure to check both inbox and spam folders. If you’ve chosen a postal voucher, please allow up to 10 days for preparation and dispatch.


Can I personalise the gift voucher?

Absolutely. You can add a thoughtful note for the recipient in the ‘Personalise your gift’ section. Please keep in mind there may be a limit to the message length.


Can gift vouchers be used more than once?

In most cases, vouchers can be redeemed multiple times until their full value has been used. Some restrictions may apply depending on the terms and conditions of each voucher, so please check the voucher details for guidance.
